Warranty & Returns
Naturally, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and we endorse these guarantees, however there are conditions within the Law that protect both you and us as a provider of goods and services. We do encourage you to call us if you experience any sort of problem as soon as you become aware of it, so we can help with a prompt solution.

It’s rare, but it does/can happen that a product is dead on arrival. For added peace of mind we offer a full no-cost exchange on any confirmed faulty goods within 15 days from date of delivery to you. We do ask however that you go through the “trouble shooting” list and check everything – especially that it is plugged into the AC Power and the switch is on! The “trouble shooting” list is found at the back of most instruction manuals. If at this point you are still experiencing difficulties please call us on (03) 9813-3533 during business hours – Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Items however which are simply not wanted or incorrectly ordered will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return via registered post, to Tivoli Hi-Fi. Orders may incur a 20% restocking fee, and an in-store credit will be issued.

Returned items must be in the original complete packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in original condition.

We do not accept returns for refund or account credit under the following circumstances:

Any item returned more than 15 days after the shipment date.

Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, security seal tampered), unsealed or non-defective.

Any items not in their original condition, or have been damaged, used, or are missing parts.

Please do not send Tivoli Hi-Fi any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They will be freighted back to the customer at their own cost.

Tivoli Hi-Fi will notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Tivoli Hi-Fi receiving your return goods in the form of the original payment method.

Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items after 15 days. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods at your cost directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.

Making A Return
To return goods, you will need to:
Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the Tivoli Hi-Fi return policy listed above.
Send an e-mail to info@tivolihifi.com.au

Outlining the reason for your return.

Please include your full contact details

Purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.

Wait for a reply e-mail from Tivoli Hi-Fi giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you return your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance cover. Tivoli Hi-Fi will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.
