Placing an Order

  • Orders can be placed online, in-store or over the phone.
  • Some products cannot be purchased online as some of our brands have restricted e-commerce terms, if you cannot click to buy on a particular item/s of interest you can call the store to place your order.
  • When buying a product that has colour options please use the drop down box to select your preferred colour.
  • If you have a discount code, this can be applied at the checkout.
  • If the product you are trying to buy does not have a click to buy icon and you wish to take advantage of the discount code on offer please call the store.
  • If you need any further information about a product prior to purchase please use the dialog box at the bottom of the screen to send us an e-mail or call (03) 9813-3533 (during business hours Tuesday to Saturday)


Payment Methods

  • Tivoli Hi-Fi accepts payment using PayPal: the faster, safer way to pay online without sharing financial details
  • We also accept orders via direct bank transfer. Items ordered will not be released until payment is shown in our account. Details are: Tivoli Hi-Fi Pty. Ltd. 063138 10766646



  • Tivoli Hi-Fi prides itself on customer service and prompt delivery. As such we only ship out using trackable delivery methods. We use Australia Post and Startrack Road Express for delivery services.

    All orders are shipped complete, and you will be updated on the status of your order. We will always try to ship on the day of the order but this can be dependent on the time the order is placed and stock availability.
  • We will send you an e-mail when your order has shipped, and you will be able to track it at the following websites auspost.com.au/track and the Startrack website startrack.com.au   If you are not available to accept and sign for the delivery, we recommend that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to accept and sign for your delivery, please also provide the company name if it is not a residential address.

    If the courier attempts delivery and no-one is available to sign for the goods it will be taken to the local post office in the case of Australia Post for collection and suitable photo identification will be required to collect your order.

    If you are not present to accept a Startrack delivery then you will need to contact them to arrange another delivery date or depot pickup.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping Australia wide on all orders over $500.

  • Deliveries within Australia
    We only deliver to physical addresses within Australia, along with PO Boxes. You will need to provide identification and sign for the delivery. When delivering to physical addresses goods cannot be left without a signature.
    If you are in a hurry to receive your order, we recommend payment by credit card, to ensure there are no delays with your payment being received.
  • Pick-up Available
You are welcome to pick-up your order from our store Tivoli Hi-Fi located at 155 to 157 Camberwell Road Hawthorn East, Victoria. Pick-up is only available on normal store trading hours excluding Victorian public holidays. Refer website Trading hours. When placing an order online, please let us know in the special instructions section if you would like to pick-up your order.


Warranty & Returns

  • Naturally, our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and we endorse these guarantees, however there are conditions within the Law that protect both you and us as a provider of goods and services. We do encourage you to call us if you experience any sort of problem as soon as you become aware of it, so we can help with a prompt solution.
  • It’s rare, but it does/can happen that a product is dead on arrival. For added peace of mind we offer a full no-cost exchange on any confirmed faulty goods within 15 days from date of delivery to you. We do ask however that you go through the “trouble shooting” list and check everything – especially that it is plugged into the AC Power and the switch is on! The “trouble shooting” list is found at the back of most instruction manuals. If at this point you are still experiencing difficulties please call us on (03) 9813-3533 during business hours – Tuesday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
  • Items however which are simply not wanted or incorrectly ordered will be the purchaser’s responsibility to return via registered post, to Tivoli Hi-Fi. Orders may incur a 20% restocking fee, and an in-store credit will be issued.
  • Returned items must be in the original complete packaging and include any manuals, cabling and accessories in original condition.
  • We do not accept returns for refund or account credit under the following circumstances:
  • Any item returned more than 15 days after the shipment date.
  • Any item that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap, security seal tampered), unsealed or non-defective.
  • Any items not in their original condition, or have been damaged, used, or are missing parts.
  • Please do not send Tivoli Hi-Fi any items that do not meet the return criteria listed above. They will be freighted back to the customer at their own cost.
  • Tivoli Hi-Fi will notify you via e-mail of your store credit once we have received and processed your returned items. Refunds will be made within 5 business days of Tivoli Hi-Fi receiving your return goods in the form of the original payment method.
  • Terms and conditions of manufacturer's warranty apply to defective items after 15 days. It may be a requirement to return the defective goods at your cost directly to the distributor, manufacturer, or an accredited service agent.


Making a Return

  • To return goods, you will need to Ensure that your items meet the return requirements of the Tivoli Hi-Fi return policy listed above and send an e-mail to info@tivolihifi.com.au
  • Outlining the reason for your return.
  • Please include your full contact details
  • Purchase information including invoice number, and date purchased.
  • Wait for a reply e-mail from Tivoli Hi-Fi giving you approval and a 'Returns Authority' number for your return.
    Write down the supplied 'Returns Authority number on a copy of the invoice of the items and include this with your return.

  • Note: To prevent your return from being lost or damaged in the post. Please ensure you return your items via a protected satchel or box suitable for mail or courier transport that can be tracked and you have adequate insurance cover. Tivoli Hi-Fi will not be held responsible for any items that are damaged or lost during a return.
